Descripción
Windows Diamond 2009 es un windows basado en la versión sp3 de XP, lo característico de esta modificación es la interfaz que asemeja al windows seven en base a pequeños programas que lo complementan, las modificaciones se realizaron desde la barra de tareas hasta los efectos 3D. Además de los cambios en apariencia se conserva bastante bien y su rendimiento es muy bueno y puede llegar a funcionar en equipos con pocos recursos.

La verdad lo probe y me gusta mucho, la utilizacion de la memoria no se siente, es muy fluido y a pesar de tener muchos complementos con el NOD32 y Agnitum Outpost anda de 10, 2 cosas no me gustaron, 1 tarda mucho en instalar (seria lo de menos pero no me gusto) y 2 el tema del idioma el MUI traduce bastantes cosas pero no todo.
Ningun problema con los drivers, ningun problema con ninguna aplicacion.
Mi maquina:
Athlon 64 3000+
1.5gb de Ram

Queria agregar algo no creo que sea un windows para maquinas de bajos recursos, cuando se ejecutan varias aplicaciones se consume memoria, se podria usar optimizando los efectos visuales con el tune up pero ya le estariamos sacando lo especial a este SO y para eso convendria usar un lite o un mismo xp sin modificar.

Mira, he tratado de probar este SO, pero al comenzar a instalar al toque me pide que meta el cd del servipack 3 y de ahí no se mueve.
Me podés dar una mano con esto o alguno de los amigos sabe que hacer???

hola, podria alguien ayudarme, descargue este SO pero tengo un problema con la configuracion del teclado, las letras son numeros, y ya cambie la configuracion del teclado y del idioma y no surte efecto alguien podria ayudarme con este problema, gracias!!!!

Hola leyendo aqui veo q el S.O. seven es una buena opcion la cosa q no a todos les parece el hecho q aun no este disponible en español y muchas veces el MUI no funciona en muchos casos… estops Sistemas Operativos ocupan pocos recursos y son facil de instalar… todo Windows desatendido ya viene crackeado para los q querian saberlo ahi esta la respuesta… para los q dicen q tiene una pc con bajo recurso este sistema y todos los otros anteriores son mejores ejecutadores que el Windows XP original… para los que quieren un buen windows sin problemas y muy atractivo yo recomiendo Windows Diamond V2 de Gabo q es en español yo actualmente uso la version 3 del Diamond de Gabo pero recomiendo la version 2 he utilizado muchos Windows desatendidos en mi pc para ver cual me resulta mejor ya q mi maquina es pobre en rendimiento con 1.3 ghz 512 RAM 40 Hard Disk ya se imaginan ps no es una compu de gran nivel pero en ella ejecuto programas como Photoshop CS4, Paint Shop 12, Nero 9, Photo Impact, Macromedia 8, como lo veran son programas q consumen mucho recurso tratandose de la Ram y espacio y para el que dice q el internet Explorer 6 le va mejor… yo creo que deberias de encontrar y explorar bien el IE7 O IE8 porq esos te van mil veces mejor q el IE6 muchos aveces no les atrae porq estan acostumbrados a utilizar esa vieja version pero si exploras bien veras q te va mejor y no se compara a las anterioes yo uso el IE8. y en FireFox uso la version 3.0.10, es muy buena version mas actualizada y con sus Plugins puedes hacer muchas cosas q no hace ningun otro navegador… aunq si quiere burlar a Megaupload y rapidshare recomiendo la version 2 de firefox hay una configuracion q puedes bajas a alta velicidad sin esperas de tiempo y con descargas ilimitadas… si alguien necesita saber algo mas sobre lo mencionado escribir y no soy experto en esto pero si me gusta explorar muchas cosas donde saco mis conclusiones… [email protected]

Hola amigo como dice tocopillalost me pasa exactamente lo mismo, lo grabo pero no bootea desde el inicio, hay que cambiarle algo en el autorun.ini??? Alguien nos puede responder esta duda. En el raiz grabé todas las carpetas que estan al mismo nivel que setup.exe (Support,i386,Docs, etc). que me parece que es lo correcto.

Si inicia a menos que no reconozca los discos duros de su marca SATA, en ese caso tendran que incorporar sus drivers. No tiene autorun por ser un windows modificado con nlite.

El tema del arranque ya lo solucioné pero el MUI no lo traduce a Español, hay muchas cosas que siguen en inglés, o lo estoy utilizando mal.

Gracias por los buenos aportes que hacen. Instale este SO despues el driver de mi tarjeta de graficos y al reiniciar me aparece un mensaje de microsoft [Usted puede ser victima de la falsificacion de software y que no ha pasado la prueba de windos genuino] se puede reparar con el disco de instalacion y otra clave o cual es la forma que me recomiendan para resolverlo.

gracias por el software lo descargue y se ve interesante lo unico malo es que cuando le pongo la clave de mi coneccion de wireless me pone numeros y letras por tal motivo no se conecta creo que me cambia mi teclado a vietnamise ya que cuando escribo algo me aparecen letras mezcladas con numeros alguna sugerencia. gracias
